Do you sell alcohol or wine baskets?

Due to licensing requirements, this service is offered through our Antioch location. We’re happy to accommodate special orders there and can help coordinate options that best fit your needs. These baskets are arranged in advance, so please reach out to discuss availability and alternative options.

Do you offer custom gift baskets with the option to personalize the theme?

Absolutely—custom baskets are one of our specialties. Share your occasion, theme, color palette, budget, and any inspiration you have, and we’ll design a basket that reflects your style and message. Custom sourcing beyond our in-store selection may require additional time and cost.

What does “Gifts for Life” mean?

“Gifts for Life” is about the heart behind the gift, not how long it physically lasts. It’s the thought, love, and care that make a gift memorable and meaningful for a lifetime.

Can I bring my own items and just have you wrap them?

We primarily design our baskets and gifts using items from our store, while remaining open to including one or two special pieces upon request. We’re happy to incorporate them on a case-by-case basis.

What kinds of occasions do you make baskets for?

Birthdays, baby showers, housewarmings, holidays, client and realtor gifts, thank-you baskets, sympathy, encouragement, and more. If it’s worth celebrating or honoring, we can likely create something for it.

Do you have something for everyone, or just certain age groups?

We like to have a little something for everyone: Babies and children, women and men, pet lovers, and those who appreciate faith-inspired and inspirational items.

How much notice do you need for a custom order?

For simple customizations, a few days is often enough. For larger or highly specific requests (especially realtor or corporate orders), more lead time is helpful so we can source and design everything properly.

Can I see examples of baskets you’ve done before?

Yes. In-store, you’ll find ready-made baskets and display samples. Online or on social media, we share photos of past creations to help spark ideas.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We currently offer in-store pickup at our Concord location and are exploring local delivery options. Feel free to reach out for the latest updates.
